Changes in the UK Workforce Will Enable Net Zero

A new report by the Climate Change Committee provides an overview of the evidence on the potential impacts of Net Zero on the UK workforce.

There is potential for between 135,000 and 725,000 new jobs to be created by 2030 in low-carbon sectors such as buildings retrofit and renewable energy generation.

But policy is required to maximise the employment benefit and clear plans are needed to help manage the risks. You can read the full report HERE
